Campus Growth and Improvements

$2,000,000

The College's primary commitment is to student learning and personal development through effective and innovative teaching, as well as a wide variety of co-curricular experiences. To support teaching and learning in the 21st century, a strong infrastructure is needed at Mount Aloysius College. Recognizing the ways in which the infrastructure complements learning, the College must look at the renovation of current facilities and the construction of new buildings to improve the institution.

The College has developed a Campus Master Site Plan. As academic and student affairs programs continue to drive the needs of the College, the Master Plan outlines enhancements to existing facilities and the addition of new buildings to meet these demands. The campus improvements already completed and listed earlier in the report were detailed in the Plan. Future projects include additional athletic fields, the remodeling of Alumni Hall, additional renovations to the Main Administration Building, a Library expansion and construction of a new athletic center.
Misciagna Hall

Mount Aloysius College constructed and dedicated a new residence hall, the Anthony and Carolyn Claycomb Misciagna Residence Hall. Misciagna Residence Hall is currently home to 100 Mount Aloysius College students.

The hall is comprised of twenty-five suites. Each suite features a living room, kitchenette, private bathroom, and two bedrooms.
